ABOUT POOCH PARENTS

Hey there, we’re Joe and Katie, Pooch Parents to Mitzi, a two year old Cockapoo in the UK!

Having grown up with dogs and being huge dog lovers ourselves, we gave Mitzi her forever home just after the COVID-19 pandemic. Puppy training classes were few and far between, and many dogs out on walks were lockdown puppies - antisocial and sometimes even aggressive.

Luckily we both had previous experience with dogs and we were able to train Mitzi and socialise her in a positive way. However, she’s not paw-fect (nobody is!)

We’ve spent hundreds on toys, leads, accessories, training courses and different diets. But everyone says something different.

That’s when Pooch Parents was born.

We wanted to create a place where dog parents can come for tips, advice and useful links and content to help them and their pooch. You can find product reviews, customer stories, training courses and more.
